Comprising of Ayurveda’s foundation massage “Abhyanga” with its long flowing massage techniques, this therapy aids in improving energy flow, promoting healthy circulation, grounding you with a deep sense of peace and nourishing you with touch and oil. This therapy also provides gentle stretching, marma point therapy, elements of foot reflexology and guided gentle breath work to help you release tension and stimulate energy flow. Finally, Reiki practices are included to truly honour you and leave you feeling rebalanced, nurtured and blissfully peaceful.  

Afterwards, take your time to hydrate, sip on a tea or water while you reflect and enjoy the pause you have given yourself.

5R’s Foot Reflexology combines Eastern and Western modalities, focusing on balancing the organs of the body. Our feet are a mirror of the entire structure of the body. 

This divine holistic foot therapy will stimulate the 6 meridian channels of the legs, along with providing gentle stretching, working from the knees down to the feet. 

The benefits of reflexology are abundant. You will feel a deep sense of balance and harmony throughout your body and mind. 

It can assist with removing waste products and can activate improved energy flow, bringing you back to a more grounded state of being.  

You will remain fully clothed from the knees up. Please wear loose fitting clothing from the waist down. 

Included is a warm foot scrub at the start of the ritual.

Reiki promotes a deepening level of relaxation allowing healing to flow more freely throughout the body’s energy channels, reducing stress and bringing an improved balance between your emotional and spiritual being.
